Greets by page
When a visitor is on a product page, the widget knows and opens with a question about that product. It only reads the page path, never query parameters or browser data.
Ecommerce AI widget
It installs on the store you already have, with no platform change, and the agent appears bottom-right: it greets shoppers based on the page they are on, recommends products from your catalog with price and photo, and hands the conversation to your team when it should.

A recommendation made outside the store gets lost on the way back
If shoppers ask somewhere else, they have to copy the product name, come back to your site and start over. The widget answers in the same tab, links to the product page and leaves the conversation in your inbox. Like this:

Here is what happens when a visitor to VERDA 21, our demo store, opens the MAREA 01 page and asks a question.
Hi! Any questions about MAREA 01?
Is it for sensitive skin? I want something gentle for every day.
MAREA 01 is the cleanser in the routine and works for every day. If you want to complete it, NUBE 04 is the ceramide cream and LUZ 03 the antioxidant serum, fragrance-free. Here they are with prices.
NUBE 04 then.
Good pick. I will take you to its page so you can add it to your cart.
Each reply can carry up to two blocks: product cards, quick replies or a booking card. Cards link to the real product page in your store and flag what is out of stock instead of hiding it.
You choose the agent's name, greeting, accent color and avatar. Vera uses VERDA 21's blue, not our orange.
What changes
When a visitor is on a product page, the widget knows and opens with a question about that product. It only reads the page path, never query parameters or browser data.
Up to eight cards per reply with photo, price and a link to the product page. When something is out of stock, it says so instead of hiding it.
It lives in its own isolated container: your styles cannot break it and it cannot break yours. A bubble bottom-right and a 370-pixel panel that adapts to mobile.
When someone on your team picks the conversation up from the inbox, the widget tells the visitor an agent is joining and the bot goes quiet.
Add it directly to your site, install it as a module on WordPress, PrestaShop or Magento, or add it from Google Tag Manager without touching code. There are step-by-step guides for the twelve most common platforms, Shopify and Next.js included.
No surprises
Your existing site works as is. We don't ask for access or require any install for the demo.

We read your store's public pages: products, categories, shipping, and FAQs.
Catalog
As soon as it's ready, you get an email with the link. You go in, ask it what a customer would, and decide.

The shopping path
Flatzer keeps one shopping context across questions, recommendations, website movement, and human help.
The shopper explains the need in their own words, even without knowing a product name.
The agent asks for the constraints that change the recommendation.
It selects specific catalog products and explains why they fit.
It opens an approved product or collection route and can perform configured page actions.
When the agent should stop, a person continues with the conversation context intact.
What changes isn't that it talks: it's what it knows, where it lives, and what it costs.
| Support chat | Loose ChatGPT | Flatzer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where it answers from | Your FAQ and macros | Whatever it knows from the internet | Your catalog, exactly as you loaded it |
| Recommends products | No: hands off to a person | Yes, but from any store | Yes, only from your catalog |
| Takes them to the page | No | No: the shopper is outside your site | Yes, through routes you approve |
| Hands off to your team | Yes, that's its job | No | Yes, with full context in the inbox |
| Price | Per resolved conversation or per seat | Free, but outside your store | Flat monthly fee, no sales commission |
A support chat still earns its keep on incidents, and ChatGPT on general questions. Flatzer covers the stretch between the question and the product page.
