AI shopping assistant

Guides the purchase from start to finish

It starts from the shopper's situation, not from a search box: asks just enough, proposes products from your catalog with the why, takes them to the product page when they ask, and leaves the conversation in your inbox in case they want a person.

Try it with your store

We read your public site, build the agent on your catalog, and email you when it's ready to talk to. No card for the demo.

Search only works when you already know what to type

Many purchases start from a situation: a gift, a budget, “for my mum”, “nothing complicated”. A search box understands none of that. The assistant does, and turns it into two options and one question. Like this:

How it guides the purchase

A conversation in VERDA 21, our demo store: the visitor arrives not knowing what they want and leaves on the product page, without repeating anything along the way.

Hi, I want to start a routine, but only if it's not complicated.

Three steps and done: cleanse, protect in the morning and one treatment. TRÍADA 21 brings all three for 82 €, or you pick them separately. Shall I walk you through it step by step?

Yes. And is the sunscreen fine for sensitive skin?

Yes: DUNA 05 is an SPF 50 fluid with an invisible finish, suitable for sensitive skin. Here's the set and the sunscreen on its own.

When the visitor asks to go to a page, the assistant takes them there. When they ask something else, it follows the thread with what they've already said. And if they ask for a person, it says so at once and the conversation sits in your inbox with the full history.

You approve the pages it can lead to: product pages come straight from the catalog, and from the dashboard you add any others, such as a category or the contact page.

What changes

Turn a product question into a useful next step

Starts from the situation, not the catalog

A gift, a budget, “for my son”, “something that won't stain”. It turns that into one or two concrete options and a single question, instead of sending the shopper to the search box.

Asks only what changes the choice

One question per message and at most two before proposing anything. When it already knows enough, it stops asking.

Takes them to the page when they ask

“Take me to the set”, “open the cream”: the assistant opens that page of your store. Only the pages you approve, never the cart or the checkout.

Keeps the thread, today and tomorrow

It remembers everything said in the conversation. If the shopper comes back a few days later, it picks up where they left off: history is kept 30 days by default, and you set it anywhere from 1 to 90.

What it knows about your store, and where it gets it

Four sources, all of them yours.

  • Your catalog, as you load it: name, price, description, photo, link and whether it's in stock. That's what it uses to propose and to explain the fit.
  • The business memory in the dashboard. Shipping, returns, payment methods, opening hours: whatever you write there is exactly what it answers. If a question isn't covered, it says so and doesn't make it up.
  • The page the visitor is on. If they open a product page, the assistant knows and greets them about that product.
  • The goal you choose: recommend a product, capture a contact, propose an appointment, or handle the basics and hand over to a person. Each one changes how it closes the conversation.
  • What it doesn't use: your orders, live stock or the internet. And if someone asks about the weather, another brand or anything outside the store, it steers back to yours.

The shopping path

From an uncertain need to the right product page

Flatzer keeps one shopping context across questions, recommendations, website movement, and human help.

  1. The shopper explains the need in their own words, even without knowing a product name.

    Visitor
    “dry, sensitive skin”
    “something for winter”
  2. The agent asks for the constraints that change the recommendation.

    Agent
    redness or tightness?
    do you use SPF daily?
  3. It selects specific catalog products and explains why they fit.

    Catalog
    MAREA 01 cleanser
    NUBE 04 ceramides
  4. It opens an approved product or collection route and can perform configured page actions.

    Approved route
    /product/nube-04
    action: click · fill
  5. When the agent should stop, a person continues with the conversation context intact.

What it needs to guide well

  • Descriptions that say who each product is for. “Sensitive skin”, “fragrance-free”, “fine for daily use”: with that it answers “will it work for me?” without guessing.
  • Two lines of business memory. Shipping time and cost, returns policy, payment methods. It's what shoppers ask most, and writing it once is enough.
  • The pages it can lead to. Product pages are approved on their own when the catalog loads; a category, the contact page or a size guide you add yourself.
  • A chosen goal. If you sell online, “recommend a product”; if you'd rather close by phone, “capture a contact”, and the assistant asks for name and phone in the conversation itself.
  • Someone watching the inbox. When a shopper asks for a person, the conversation sits there with the full history, and that's where they get their reply.
