What agencies ask us
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The AI interview configures the agent, and the widget installs with a plugin or a tag. If you can install Google Analytics, you can install this.
Who supports my client if something goes wrong?
You are their point of contact. We support you.
What happens if a client uses the agent a lot?
Each tier includes a monthly AI usage allowance. If your client runs out, the agent pauses until the start of the next month. During the pilot we're building automatic top-ups of €15 with a warning at 80% usage.
What happens if I cancel a client?
The agent stays active until the end of the period already paid for, with no proration. After that, it stops being billed.
What if I leave Flatzer?
Your clients are yours. We export their configuration and conversations to you, and we won't contact them to sell to them directly while our agreement lasts or for 12 months after.
Does my client see the Flatzer brand?
The widget installed on your client's website does not show the Flatzer brand. Pilot demos and prospect videos still carry the Flatzer brand.
