Partner Program Terms

1. Participation
Participation requires a Flatzer account, a complete application, explicit acceptance of these terms, and manual approval. Flatzer may reject or suspend an account for fraud, inaccurate information, deceptive practices, or non-compliance.
2. Tracks and commission
Referral pays 25% of eligible net subscription revenue for 12 months. Solution Partner pays 25% for 24 months and allows opportunity registration. The rate and window are fixed at attribution.
3. Net revenue
Commission is calculated on amounts actually collected after discounts and excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, credits, and failed payments. A commission may be pending, approved, paid, or reversed.
4. Eligibility and attribution
Self-referrals and leads that are already customers, have an active trial, or exist as an opportunity are not eligible. A valid link uses first touch for 60 days. An accepted Solution opportunity overrides the cookie and is protected for 90 days.
5. Payouts
During the MVP, payouts are reviewed and processed manually. The portal shows the ledger and its status but is not itself a payment order. Flatzer may request tax and payment details before settlement.
6. Conduct
Partners may not make unauthorized promises, bid on the Flatzer brand, send spam, use deceptive advertising, or present themselves as Flatzer employees or legal representatives.
7. Changes and termination
Flatzer may update the program with reasonable notice. Termination blocks new attributions; valid commissions already earned remain subject to review, adjustments, refunds, and legal obligations.
